Gerne med langt skaft (der skal bruges noget moment).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Fastn\u00f8gle s\u00e6t.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">2 x donkrafte og 2 x bukke.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-family: Verdana;\"> Tidsforbrug<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Urutineret 3 timer<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Rutineret 1 time<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-family: Verdana;\">1. Klarg\u00f8ring af bilen<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Bilen g\u00f8res klar til montering ved at afmontere luftfilterkasse eller luftfilter, afh\u00e6ngig af hvad der er installeret i bilen. Efterf\u00f8lgende afmonteres varmeskjoldet der d\u00e6kker manifolden, som er fastgjort med 10 mm bolte. Skruerne kn\u00e6kker nemt, men bolte og skjoldet skal ikke genbruges ved montering af den nye manifold. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Spr\u00f8jt godt med WD-40 p\u00e5 de 9 bolte, som fastg\u00f8r manifolden. Er det l\u00e6nge siden at manifolden har v\u00e6ret afmonteret er det god id\u00e9 at g\u00f8re dette dagen inden udskiftningen af manifolden skal ske. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/five-speed.dk\/images\/guides\/Manifold\/Manifold-1.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"532\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-family: Verdana;\"> 2. Afmontering af manifold <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Afbryd forbindelse til O2 sensoren. Stikket sidder omme bagved det omr\u00e5de hvor alle t\u00e6ndkablerne samles ved torpedopladen. Giv dem lidt WD-40 igen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Nu er det p\u00e5 tide at skulle ned under bilen. Selvom du ikke har en lift og bilen er s\u00e6nket, kan det godt lade sig g\u00f8re. Jeg placerede h\u00f8jre side af bilen p\u00e5 en h\u00f8j kantsten og l\u00f8ftede bilen i venstre side med to sm\u00e5 donkrafte. Husk at s\u00e6tte bukke eller lign. under bilen, s\u00e5 den ikke ryger ned over dig, mens du arbejder under bilen!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Der hvor gearkassen er skruet p\u00e5 motorblokken, sider manifolden fast med et beslag. Boltene der holder manifolden p\u00e5 plads fjernes. WD-40 og en n\u00f8gle med lang skaft (stort moment) er p\u00e5kr\u00e6vet. Fjern boltene som fastg\u00f8r manifolden til katalysatoren. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Tilbage i motorrummet, fjernes boltene som fastg\u00f8r manifolden. De lille beslag i midten, hvor varmeskjoldet var monteret kan l\u00e6gges v\u00e6k. Det skal ikke bruges igen. Ved nederste 2. bolt fra h\u00f8jre, sidder et beslag med gummislange, som forsigtig vippes ud over bolten. Manifolden kan nu fjernes. Pas p\u00e5 O2 sensoren, hvis den stadig sidder i.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Forskellen p\u00e5 de to manifolde ses her:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/five-speed.dk\/images\/guides\/Manifold\/Manifold-2.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"257\" border=\"0\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Inden den nye manifold kan monteres skal man ned under bilen igen. Beslaget hvor den gamle manifold var fastgjort, skal fjernes. Ellers kan den nye manifold ikke v\u00e6re der. Skru bolten ud. Fjern beslaget og skru bolten fast igen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/five-speed.dk\/images\/guides\/Manifold\/Manifold-3.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"365\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000; font-family: Verdana;\"> 3. Montering af manifold<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Den gamle pakning kan genbruges. Hvis ny pakning monteres, skal den side, som buler en smule ud, vende ind mod motorblokken. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Fjern O2 sensoren fra den gamle manifold og skru den i den nye bananmanifold.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">Den ny manifold klemmes ned gennem motorrummet. Pas p\u00e5 O2 sensoren. Husk at beslaget p\u00e5 nederste 2. bolt fra h\u00f8jre, skal side uden p\u00e5 manifolden. Inden det hele skrues sammen, skal det checkes at O2 sensoren ikke rammer olie pinden. Hvis det er tilf\u00e6ldet, kan oliepinden bukkes en smule s\u00e5 der er plads til det hele. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">De 9 bolte der fastg\u00f8r manifolden strammes. Stram den midterste f\u00f8rst og forts\u00e6t mod h\u00f8jre og venstre. En bolt af gangen. Monter manifolden til katalysatoren med de to bolte. Husk pakning.
